At least two or three times per year we visit the largest and most reliable manufacturers in China to check up on the latest developments in the industry.

In the early years we generally found that most of the manufacturers wanted to make money fast regardless of quality. However, all this has changed and the vast majority of large manufacturers now realize that quality has to be the number one priority in order to survive in this specialized industry.

When ‘massagechairs’ commenced, we sourced who we then thought to be the best manufacturer available. However over time, with growth and severe competition in the industry, several strong manufacturers have emerged. Their products now feature top quality, styling and price compatibility.
So much so that many famous Japanese products are now made in China.

Warranty

All our massge chairs have a 2 year return to base Warranty.  In the event of a Warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for all transportation costs should it be necessary for the item to be returned to our base in Queensland.  The Warranty will cover all parts replacement and labour, as long as the product was used in accordance with the guidelines specified in the User Manual.

In the situation where the return of this product to our base for any repair is not feasible, we will send out at our expense, any part needed for repair to take place.
